Refund policy
All of our canvases are PrecisionPrinted™ on demand, just for you, when you order them. With that, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these custom printed items. However we will gladly offer a replacement if we shipped you the wrong item(s), item(s) were damaged during shipping, or there is a manufacturing defect that our quality assurance missed.
Defects and order issues
We strive to offer clear images and descriptions that give you all the information you need to make your purchasing decision. Our proprietary PrecisionPrinted™ technology ensures you will get the highest quality needlepoint canvas designs - with never any guessing about what to stitch!
Please inspect your order upon receipt and, if any item is defective or damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately at customerservice@readysetneedlepoint.com and we will make it right. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a replacement.
Replacement Process
In those rare cases where a replacement is needed, after you have contacted us, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return at customerservice@readysetneedlepoint.com will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and when your replacement is on its way. We always include a tracking number.
Note: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean and unused in its original packaging with all inserts. You’ll also need a copy of your receipt, which will be on your account page, https://account.readysetneedlepoint.com.
